I will review what you already use and check whether it supports the change. I will confirm what can be reused or connected before quoting.

Will I need a subscription?

Some websites, booking tools and business software have ongoing fees. I will identify any relevant subscriptions and their costs before you decide.

Will you show me how to use it?

Yes. The quote will say what handover and instructions are included, and I will walk you through the agreed setup.
