Orders & inventory
See what is in stock and what each customer is waiting for
Customer orders, supplier purchases and deliveries are easy to mix up when the information sits in several places. I help you choose and set up a system that shows what is available and what still needs to happen with each order.

When useful
When this is useful
You may know that a customer ordered an item, but not whether it was ordered from the supplier, received or reserved. A shared process makes these stages visible and gives someone responsibility for the next action.
What we set up
What I can set up
- A tidy product list to start with.
- Order stages and the people who handle them.
- Stock levels and reservations where the chosen system supports them.
- Reminders for supplier orders.
- Checks of typical situations: orders, deliveries and returns.
What this could look like in your business
A customer asks when their chairs will be ready. Instead of searching through emails and spreadsheets, you can see straight away what is in stock, what has been ordered from the supplier and when it will arrive.
Illustrative example — not a client case study.
Tools & scope
Choosing the right tools
I assess a ready-made order and inventory tool, such as Holded, against your real workflow. The product catalogue, permissions and supported integrations matter more than the brand name. An email reminder is not the same as a live wholesaler connection.
A clear scope before I start
Before I start, you receive a quote describing the work. If paid software or extra services are needed, I show their costs separately. I also agree with you who will look after the solution once it is live.
Stock stays accurate only when your team records changes as they happen.
Process
How I work
You show me how you work today and some sample information.
You receive the scope, the price and any subscription costs.
I set up the solution and check it in typical situations.
I show you how to use it and confirm who will handle later changes.
Questions
Questions you may have
Can it work without an online shop?
Yes. An internal order process can support sales taken in person or by email.
Will every wholesaler connect?
No. Each supplier must be checked individually. A controlled manual step may be the most reliable option.
Can you import my spreadsheet?
I can usually assess an import, but the columns, product codes, duplicates and sample records need review first.
