A tool such as Make can connect many popular programs, but I first check the connections the programs already offer. AI helps with specific tasks, such as preparing a draft — it should not set prices or approve purchases on its own.
A clear scope before I start
Before I start, you receive a quote describing the work. If paid software or extra services are needed, I show their costs separately. I also agree with you who will look after the solution once it is live.
Not every program can be connected — I check this before quoting. Once live, an automation needs someone to look after it when accounts or programs change.
